Large, fancy units can cost up to 100,000 whereas a small kit can cost as little as 4,000. Size is the largest factor when it comes to how much it costs to build your pole barn. All of Dan and Ryan’s suggestions have made it the envy shop of all our friends. Building pole barns can range anywhere from 15,000 to 30,000, averaging at 25,000. We have been using the building for two years now. Work began in two weeks, and everything went exactly as we had been told! The finished product was more than we had hoped for! As this was our first time building experience, Dan and Ryan’s experience and honesty was refreshing and appreciated. NW Pole Building uses standards, other companies charge extra for. I was surprised how competitive his price was from what we had been hearing during our research. After that meeting, Dan brought us a bid to build a 36’ x 60’ building with 14’ walls and overhangs. Our experience with Northwest Pole Buildings has been very positive! In 2007 we had Dan Roth meet with us to discuss the best type, and size building to fit our needs and our budget.
